To US
Bill of Lading(*) Required for all shipments. See our step-by-step instructions for help completing this form.
To Canada
Bill of Lading(*) Required for all shipments. See our step-by-step instructions for help completing this form.
Canada Customs Invoice All shipments to Canada with a value of $1,600 or more Canadian dollars
Rapid Clear form For all U.S.-to-Canada shipments, this form may simplify documentation. Be sure to read Rapid Clear instructions carefully. Additional documentation may be required.
Certificate of Origin Either a NAFTA CTO or a non-NAFTA CTO are required depending upon where the goods are manufactured. A NAFTA CTO is required in order for merchandise coming from or going to any of the three NAFTA countries (U.S., Canada or Mexico) to be eligible for preferential duty treatment—free or reduced rates. A copy can be found on our website in the forms library under the Mexico section. If the shipment was manufactured outside of the U.S. or Canada, a non-NAFTA Certificate of Origin is used. The Mexico Customs broker’s U.S. agent will be able to assist the shipper with the proper documents.

Electronic Export Information EEI replaces the paper version of the Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) with electronic filing of export data to the Automated Export System (AES) through AESDirect.
EEI Authorization Form Complete this form if you'd like to authorize Estes to file EEI on your behalf. Customers who prefer to submit their own EEI do not need to complete this form.
EEI Information Form Complete this form to provide the necessary information regarding your Caribbean shipments when you've authorized Estes to perform the EEI filing on your behalf.
To Mexico
Mexico Bill of Lading All Shipments
Commercial Invoice All Shipments
NAFTA Certificate of Origin For virtually all shipments claiming NAFTA duty-free status, a NAFTA Certificate of Origin is required unless a current version is already on file with the customs broker.
Electronic Export Information U.S. to Mexico shipments valued at more than $2,500, or if an export license is required.
This replaces the paper Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) with electronic filing of export data to the Automated Export System (AES) through AESDirect.
Shipping from Canada
To US
